Sports Unit


It is the policy of the college that evening of Wednesdays are lecture free to enable students to take part in the sporting activities.  The College has made available a number of facilities for games such as Badminton, Handball, Volleyball, Hockey, Table-Tennis and football for use of students. Indoor games such as scrabble, monopoly etc, are also available. The sports coach and the Student Affairs Officer ensure that these facilities are adequately utilized.

Students shall pay, a token fee for sports, every session at the time of registration.

Students are encouraged to participate in sporting activities.

Special training for selected sports will be conducted on days specified by the sports Coach.

Misuse of facilities that lead to damage or loss of any sporting equipment will be paid by student[s] concerned.

Transport facilities shall be provided for players on approved off-campus during sporting competitions between the college and any other outside organization.
